Welcome to my world I'm Donte’ Coleman, a proud product of Trenton, NJ, where I navigated the challenges of a tough neighborhood by immersing myself in sports. Football, track, and basketball became more than just games—they were my lifelines, steering me away from trouble and fostering a discipline that would shape my future.
The transformative journey continued as I entered the structured environment of military school. Here, amidst the drills and camaraderie, I not only honed my physical skills on the football field but also learned life lessons that would prove invaluable. The discipline, leadership, and resilience instilled during my time at military school laid the groundwork for the years to come.
Taking my passion for football to the collegiate level, I played at USD in South Dakota, where the sport became not only a game but a testament to the values of teamwork and dedication.
Fast forward 20 plus years, and my life's mission has crystallized—working with kids in juvenile and group home settings. In the challenging environments of both, I've dedicated myself to providing guidance, support, and a sense of hope to those who need it most. This isn't just a job; it's my passion—a commitment to shaping futures and offering a path to resilience and success.
